Bilbao opens appointments for the vulnerability report.

On Monday, April 20, an express service to process the vulnerability report starts in Bilbao. You need it if you are going to request the extraordinary regularization of Royal Decree 316/2026. You have until June 30, so if it applies to you, don't sleep on it.

The service is at Paseo de Campo Volantín, 36, and is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, you cannot go without an appointment — reservations are made through the municipal website, www.bilbao.eus, where you will find the direct link. Bring your original identity document: passport, registration card or travel document. Without it, they will not assist you.

Who needs this report? Only those who cannot prove that they have worked in Spain or that they have direct family here: children under 18, children with disabilities or dependent parents. If you have applied for asylum, have worked or have those ties, you do not need it. The city council issues it to certify your vulnerability situation.

The service has been set up to avoid bottlenecks. Regularization is an opportunity, but you have to follow the steps. So find out well if you need to submit this report. On the city council website you have guidance.
