So you think you can take advantage of the extraordinary regularization? Well, the ICAB tells you clearly: you need a lawyer specialized in immigration law. The process starts on April 16 online and on April 20 in person. And watch out, it's not just any procedure — it can decide your future in Spain.
The ICAB insists: a legal professional gives you the guarantees you need. The legal profession is governed by ethical standards and has civil liability insurance. In fact, an immigration lawyer knows the ins and outs of the regulations — and can avoid errors that delay or stall your case.
The dean of the ICAB, Cristina Vallejo, has made it clear: these professionals ensure maximum legal certainty. Deputy Quim Clavaguera, for his part, recalls that the more complex the procedure, the more necessary the intervention of a lawyer. And even the Ministry of Inclusion has highlighted its essential role.
But the ICAB does not stop at recommendations. It has already organized free immigration courses with more than 500 participants, and is preparing sessions for April where the details of the reform will be explained. It has also obtained a pilot test in L'Hospitalet so that the appointment for the 'TIE' is automatic.
In summary: if you are going to apply for regularization, don't risk it. Look for a specialized lawyer. It is your right — and your best tool to make everything go well.
