You have two locations in Guadalajara to request an in-person appointment if you are under the extraordinary regularization: the Social Security office at Carmen Street, 2, and Correos at Alvargómez de Ciudad Real, 25. Both require an appointment —so don't even think about going without one or you'll waste your time—.
However, they are not the only points in Spain —there are 436 offices spread across the country— but in your province only these two are available. The hours vary: at the Social Security and Foreign Affairs offices (only five offices in all of Spain: Madrid, Alicante, Valencia, Almería, and Murcia) they are open from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. At Correos, on the other hand, they are open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
There are three ways to request an appointment. The first, online if you have Cl@ve: go to the website of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, choose an office, day, and time. Or ask someone with Cl@ve to do it for you. The second, through an online form: fill in your preferences and they assign you the nearest appointment —the confirmation takes a while, it arrives by email or SMS—. The third, by calling 060, Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
If you prefer not to leave home, you can submit the application electronically. It is available 24/7 on the same website. You will need an electronic certificate, or an authorized representative (lawyer, agent...) or an entity from the Registry of Immigration Collaborators. More than 150 entities are registered, and the list continues to grow.
On the ministry's website there is a specific portal with detailed information, frequently asked questions, videos, and a simulator for you to check if you meet the requirements. You can also request an appointment and start the process there. The appointment calendar is gradually opened, so if you don't find a slot, keep trying. Hurry up, they fill up quickly.
