The fifteen-minute trick to get an appointment at the SEPE

Getting an appointment at the SEPE has become a real odyssey. High demand, few slots. But it turns out there is a trick going around TikTok that promises to get you out of that endless loop. The key is the quarter hours.

TikToker Cynthia Ducos explains it like this: appointments are renewed every fifteen minutes —on the hour, at quarter past, at half past, and at quarter to. Your move is to enter the SEPE website two minutes before those times. That is, at :58, :13, :28, and :43.

Once inside, fill in your personal details without rushing. But do not touch the 'continue' button until the exact moment when new appointments are released. Then you press it and go all in. The system is fast; you too, hurry up.

Another tip she gives: do not waste time looking for the nearest office. Enter your postal code and choose the first option that appears. If you start browsing, the appointment vanishes. Then, select the available date and time and complete the process. And if you do not get it on the first try, do not get discouraged. Fifteen minutes later there is another opportunity. So now you know: speed and precision.

So that's it, the quarter-hour trick. Get moving.
